The founder of Top Nourish, embarked on her wellness journey at the age of 8, alongside her mother, a renowned yoga trainer and wellness chef. Growing up in this environment, she imbibed the essence of holistic living and the importance of nourishing both body and soul. By the time she was 19, she was fully immersed in her mother's teachings and had come to understand the deep connection between food, health, and community.
It was during this time that also developed a keen appreciation for fresh produce and sustainable farming practices, particularly in rural villages. Armed with seven years of invaluable experience and a passion for wellness, she decided to channel her learnings into Top Nourish. The brand was born out of her belief, instilled by her mother, that healthy food can be both delicious and satisfying.
